Izzy Ziegler, LNHA, is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in New York and proudly serves at Bushwick Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a 225-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, where he is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care with both strong leadership and genuine compassion. With over a decade of healthcare experience, including service as a volunteer EMT, he brings frontline clinical understanding together with disciplined operational management. Izzy focuses on improving clinical outcomes, reducing rehospitalizations, strengthening compliance, and building collaborative teams that put residents first. Known for his hands-on, accountable leadership style, he works closely with staff, providers, residents, and families to ensure clear communication, safety, and dignity in every aspect of care. His goal is to create an environment where families feel confident, residents feel respected, and excellence is the standard—not the exception.

Kelly is a highly accomplished registered nurse with her master’s degree in nursing leadership from Stony Brook University. Her implementation of patient centered care modules in skilled nursing facilities has improved patient outcomes, while providing exceptional resident care. For The past 18 years she has held the position of Director of Nursing. In this role Kelly is an expert in government regulations, mentoring, and is trained on the best practices and trends in healthcare. As a leader and coach, Kelly prides herself on being part of the team, ensuring staffing coverage is always upheld. Her can-do attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves approach is infectious, which is why she rarely has any issues with staffing retention. Kelly is currently employed for Centers Healthcare at Bushwick Center in Brooklyn NY.
